The University of the Philippines doesn’t need the approval of a private accrediting body. As “the nation’s premier university” (SR 276), what it needs is proper state subsidy. I’m glad the department I’m enrolled in did not opt for an accreditation.

Given all that I went through this month, I could truly say that the only constant thing in this world is change. One day, you’re extremely happy; the other, you’re in a slump. As unpredictable as 2012 seems, I’m still hopeful.
For my thesis whose topic went from X to Y to Z to Y to X, you will be taken care of.
For people whom I listened to but never lent an ear when I needed one, you will not be dealt with.
For my health that was taken for granted since OrCom 200 began, you will be managed.
All is (will be) well.

Please don’t mind the multiple hello’s I used as title. I don’t even know why I’m incredibly perky this morning. It’s probably because of Rihanna’s We Found Love on loop or the handful of Stick-O’s I stuffed in my mouth. #Sugar
In light of my morning jumpiness, here’s a photo from two weeks ago. I was laughing hard before my cousin took this photo. Isn’t it odd/funny/amusing how I was able to pull myself together in a split-second? #Vanity.
